The Consultation
The process starts with a complimentary personalized consultation where you share what you’re dreaming about: destinations, pace, experiences, preferences, and priorities. We listen closely, ask the right questions, and gain a deep understanding of what will make this trip meaningful to you. Following this call we’ll present you with a summary and the fee plan for planning your custom itinerary.
The Planning
We handle every detail - researching, refining, and curating a bespoke itinerary tailored to your travel style and your budget. Budget isn’t a barrier here; it’s a guide that helps us travel intentionally and beautifully, proving that dream vacations aren’t reserved for the elite. You’ll receive thoughtfully selected options for every element of your trip, from airfare and lodging to experiences and dining, so you can choose what matters most to you. We’ll walk you through each option, answer all your questions, and once you’ve made your selections, we’ll take care of the booking so all that’s left for you to do is get excited.
The Booked Trip
Once your trip is booked, you’ll receive a beautifully organized travel package with everything you need for a seamless journey; your detailed itinerary, maps and addresses, customized packing recommendations based on your destination and weather, and essential local phrases and customs. With every detail thoughtfully handled, all that’s left to do is look forward to the adventure ahead.
Consultation fees range depending on size and scope of the itinerary. A few examples are provided. Every trip is unique and you will be provided the fee following your complimentary consultation. Fees must be paid in full before planning begins and are non-refundable.
Domestic trips: $200 - $1,000
International trips: $300 - $2,500
Group trips (6+ people): $800 - $3,000
